Company workshop
A workshop built on your processes, not on someone else's examples.
Before the workshop every participant fills in a questionnaire, and every team one of its own. The content comes out of the answers. The examples are your campaigns and your clients, and every group leaves with something running on its own data.
At your office or online
Why
Most companies use ChatGPT as a better Google.
Someone asks it for a paragraph of text and that is where it ends. The change comes when AI enters a process that runs at your company every day. You cannot learn that from a lecture, you have to do it on your own agenda.

Nine people, nine working tools.
Three hours at their office in Nitra. In the room: the CEO, operations, marketing, sales, product and a nutrition specialist, and not one developer. Technical skill ranged from complete beginner to someone who builds software daily. Everyone brought their own data, and everyone left with something that runs.

What they built
- Sales: a spreadsheet of companies and one sample email, and twenty personal approaches out of it. That used to be a whole afternoon by hand.
- Marketing: emails from influencers turned into a table with name, network, type of partnership and next step.
- Nutrition: portions and macros are calculated by code, not estimated by a language model, which is why the numbers can be trusted.
- Leadership: photos of conference slides plus the company goals, turned into a one-pager on what to do with each idea and who should pick it up.
- Product: an evaluation of the challenge questionnaire, plus a template that runs it with one command after the next one.
Each person also got their own card with their use case, the steps and the prompts to take home. The same preparation goes into every workshop.

Eleven team leads, four teams, four hours.
An afternoon in Bratislava with the team leads of two companies, a martech product and a full-service agency. We split them into four teams and each one worked on a process that genuinely costs them time. The content came out of the questionnaires they filled in beforehand.

What they built
- Product: the front end walks through the brief in Figma, tests itself, and updates its task in ClickUp based on the result.
- Client teams: an overview of a client's status assembled from emails, meeting notes and ClickUp. Until then people carried it in their heads.
- Operations: costs and revenue processed end to end, from the invoice that lands in the inbox to the invoice that has to go out.
Every team left with instructions a colleague who wasn't there can run. That is the output of the day, not a tool they were taught.
How it runs
The preparation is the larger part of the work.
01
Two questionnaires
One filled in by each participant, one by each team. The answers tell me where the team loses time, what it works with and which AI tools it already has.
02
Built for you
I evaluate the questionnaires and build the presentation around your teams. Each group gets a prepared solution that we start up during the workshop.
03
Working together
No lecture. We work on your processes, your campaigns and your data. Every group takes away something that runs.
04
Materials afterwards
An email with everything we built: prompts, procedures, settings. So the team can use it on Monday without me.
Who it is for
For the teams that run the daily work.

Sales
Meeting preparation, personalised outreach, turning call notes into something usable.
Operations and admin
Documents, policies, quotes and records that get retyped from one place into another.
