Solutions for founders · Workshops for companies

Software that intelligently takes over your company's operations.

You keep modernising the systems, and the work still looks as if you were stuck in a spreadsheet.

We will build a platform cut to your processes, and an AI layer on top of it that opens up new horizons and grows your company in ways you never imagined.

Workshops for companies

Workshops

A workshop the team leaves with a finished tool.

At the workshop everyone builds a tool on their own data.

Before the workshop every participant and every team fills in a questionnaire. The content is built from those answers, so the work runs on your data and your processes, and every group leaves with something that works.

9 people, 9 processes

Fitshaker · July 2026

Seven people from the team plus the CEO and the CTO. Three hours later every one of them had a working tool in hand.

4 teams

Zircon Tree and dabl. · August 2026

Four teams and the CEO at the same table. Four hours: invoicing, product testing and a client status overview.

Most of them had never seen a terminal before the workshop. Three hours later every one of them had a working tool that takes hours of routine off their plate.

Halfway through the workshop the owner worked out aloud how much they would save by replacing Pipedrive. The colleague next to him was automating processes inside it at that moment.

In production

From our portfolio.

How much AI belongs in a product is decided at the start. Sometimes the answer is zero.

AI-first

Alvio · Lucy

alvio.sk ↗

From a member's question to an answer out of the company's own know-how

AI is the core of the system. Lucy runs at Fitshaker on the web, by voice and over WhatsApp, answering out of their own articles, recipes and plans.

AI-first

Martech company · sales system

From a list of companies to a finished approach with evidence

The system assembles the list of companies, verifies the contacts and prepares an approach for each one based on what can actually be established about it.

AI-first

Playground · internal system

A fleet of coding agents that doesn't trip over itself

The system everything else runs on. The agents work off one shared task list and one shared set of written-down decisions, so they can run side by side without overwriting each other's work.

AI-second

Rejoy · Reya

rejoy.sk ↗

An app that ran for four years without AI

A mental-health app for the Slovak and Czech market, which I co-founded and bootstrapped past ten thousand users. Meditations, breathing exercises, content. Four years without a single model.

AI-zero

Internal platform

Agenda from spreadsheets and Word templates in one system

Client case files, a generator of applications to the authorities, reports from proceedings. A document that used to take hours to assemble comes out filled in.

AI-zero

E-KU Institute

From application form to a confirmed seat in the course

Application, proforma invoice, payment in the bank and a confirmed seat in the course, one chain nobody retypes by hand.

AI-second

You have a system that works. We connect AI to it.

Records, orders, case files. What runs today stays as it is. AI goes on top: you ask your own system in plain words, it answers from your data, finds what you need and prepares the document.

Nothing gets rewritten from scratch and nobody has to learn a new tool. This is exactly what we are doing right now on an internal platform for an engineering firm.

Playground

From here I see what is happening on every project.

Tasks, projects, clients and the technical documentation are in one place. One screen shows me what is going on right now. I built it for myself and I use it every day.

The oversight stays mine. Only what I have seen reaches a client. That is why I can run several projects at once without the quality dropping on any of them.

For founders

We build the system, or we bring the one you started over the line.

Sometimes a whole layer is missing that nobody wants to do by hand. Other times the system is half-built and needs architecture, tests and someone to say what should go.

Audit

We go through what eats your time and where data gets retyped from one place into another.

Analysis

I tell you what is worth automating, what to leave alone and how much AI belongs in it.

Deployment

We build it, hand it over and stay on maintenance. Not a prototype nobody opens six months later.

In-house AI specialist

An in-house AI specialist who keeps the company up to date.

You pick someone from your company, or someone external. Once a month I meet them online and we go through what is happening in AI. They pass it on into the company, so nobody else has to follow it every day.

Your person

Someone from your own people or someone external, whichever suits the company better.

Every month

A regular online meeting where I keep them up to date.

The go-between

What we go through together, they pass on into the company.

All three forms of consulting
